Registration Fees (Postgraduate Forum) |
The registration fee for the Postgraduate Forum is 250 GBP. Registration for the Postgraduate Forum should be completed through the UWTSD website.
N.B. Participation in the postgraduate forum should not be confused with students presenting regular research articles in the main conference.

Registration Fees (Main Conference) |
Following are the category-wise registration fees:
Author: 475 GBP

Student: 330 GBP
Student (IEEE/IAER Member): 300 GBP [For more details on IAER Membership, click here]
Participant/Listener: 330 GBP [Onsite registration may be offered subject to availability]
Additional Paper: 170 GBP
Additional Student Paper: 120 GBP
To be considered as a student paper, the first and corresponding author of the paper must be registered as a “full-time” student in any recognised university or Higher Education Institution (HEI).
To be considered as an additional paper, the “first” author of the linked papers must be the same person.
However, as a registered low-profit organisation (CIC in England and Wales), we have funds to support post-graduate research students as well as researchers from low income countries to publish their research outcomes at a discounted rate or even completely free. To apply, please download the IAER Publication Funding Application Form, and email the completed form to iccece23@theiaer.org, stating your membership as well as paper submission number. The last day for submission of CIC funding application is 31 May 2023, 23:59 GMT. Late applications will not be considered. Please note that there is no relationship between the outcome of your CIC funding application and acceptance of your paper.

Registration Procedure (Main Conference) |
Please follow the following setps to complete your registration:
Pay the appropriate registration fees using our secure online Payment Gateway, powered by Worldpay. Under "iCCECE '23 Payment", please make sure you choose the correct amount applicable to your paper category. If you cannot find the exact amount from the drop-down menu, please use the "Miscellaneous" option at the bottom of the payment page. Replace "x" by your paper submission ID (as assigned by Easychair system) in "iCCECE23_paper_id_x" and use this as the Paper Submission ID or Service ID. Non-author participants should use "iCCECE23_YourFirstName_YourLastName", by modifying with their respective names, as the Paper Submission ID or Service ID.
[Please note, we may not be able to track your payment unless you supply your paper Submission ID during the payment process. IAER will not be responsible for any difficulties you face for not providing your paper submission ID while the making payment.] If you would rather like to pay by bank/ACH/wire transfer or by PayPal, please write to us using iccece23@theiaer.org. We also have local bank accounts in few countries.

Registration for Conference Prestige Dinner |
A conference prestige dinner will be held on 14th August 2023, comprising people from the industry, academia and various other stakeholders.
If you would like to attend the conference prestige dinner, please separately register here by 7th August 2023.
Please note that the conference prestige dinner is solely organised by UWTSD. However, if you need to make a single payment for both article as well as conference prestige dinner registration, please feel free to contact us.
